You Have the RIGHT to Vote
- If you are a citizen and 18 years of age or
older.
- If you are registered.
- In a primary, if you are enrolled in a party.
- In a school board election if you are
registered, or
- if you are a parent voter.
- If you are in the polling place before 9 PM.
- Without showing ID.
- After looking at a sample ballot.
- By paper ballot if the machine is broken.
- By affidavit ballot if your name is missing
from the registration rolls.
- By court order if you do not want to use the
affidavit ballot.
- With help if you request it.
